Rebecca is a board certified, state-licensed dietitian nutritionist specializing in weight loss, metabolic health, and habit formation. With degrees in both neuroscience and nutrition, she helps clients determine what foods best support their bodies, and helps them develop lasting healthy habits so they can achieve their weight loss and wellness goals. Rebecca has worked with hundreds of clients and has been featured in a multitude of publications including USA Today, Eat This, Not That, and Prevention Magazine. Before starting her private nutrition practice, Happy Healthy Bites, Rebecca spent over 5 years in the biopharmaceutical industry managing the development of cancer immunotherapies and genetic therapeutics.
